yesterday puan azura asked us to write an essay about a recipe
to be handed in 2morow
my recipe was 'KWW Supreme Thai Seafood Fried Rice

How 2 Apply Chemistry in Cooking
Aim : To produce out KWW Supreme Thai Seafood Fried Rice
Variables : Manipulated - type of ingredient(material)
Responding - smell and the taste of the fried rice
Constant - amount of heat

Materials(ingredient) - some white rice, two Omega eggs, green beans, onion, onion leaves, corn, carrot, prawns, crab sticks, fish cake, fish balls, banana leaves, red and green chillies, salt, soy sauce, tom yam powder, ajinomoto, oyster sauce, squid, ikan bilis, cucumber, tomato, some water
